High Quality Care at Home

With our goal to ‘provide exemplary home care with honesty and openness’, we hope we can help you make the right choice. We offer a range of home care services within Surbiton and surrounding Surrey areas to enable you or a loved one to continue to live independently at home with the help that you or they need. The Qualities of Our Homecare:

1. A Clear Support Plan

We listen carefully to each new client to understand the care they need. We then prepare a clear Support Plan which describes the services we will provide. Every client has a copy at home and we review it with them every six months to make sure it is up to date.

2. Care is provided by Well Trained and Capable Carers

All our carers go through full induction training and annual refresher courses to keep their skills up to date. Our senior carers carry out extra training (in Dementia Care for example) to deepen their expertise.

4. The same Carers visit on a regular basis

Our clients can usually expect to see just two carers on a regular basis with a third providing holiday cover so not only is it a trusted face at the door every visit but also someone who knows you and understands your needs.

5. Every visit happens on time

We make sure that our carers have enough travel time between appointments so they arrive when we say they will. If for any unavoidable reason there is going to be a delay (nobody’s perfect!), we always call in advance to let our client know.

6. Every Client is treated with respect

7. The Carer does not rush around or leave before all the jobs are done

We schedule each call so there is enough time to complete all the tasks in the Support Plan. We also regularly check that we are scheduling enough time to provide proper care based on your requirements.

8. When you or your loved one calls our office, your call is treated as important

We are small enough to know every client and their closest friends or relations by name. There is a friendly voice at the end of the phone and our clients and their nearest and dearest often turn to us for help and advice.

9. If you ever need to make a complaint, it will be acted on

Nobody gets things right 100% of the time and we learn from comments and complaints. Every client has a copy of our complaints procedure. We listen carefully, we say sorry if we’ve got something wrong, and we tell you what we are going to do to put it right.
